Multi-head dosing system for irregular products, including small-sized frozen ones, such as snacks, biscuits, vegetable stews, fruit cubes, frozen prawns, frozen short pasta, etc., of the ECCOPAC Hydra Basic brand, 4.0 generation, made up of 10, 12 and 14 powered scales by stepper motors of Italian origin and load cells for weighing of German origin.
This dosing model has a larger volume hopper, a higher power vibration system and longer opening gates, which allows it to work well with larger and heavier products.
The opening and closing of the scales can be finely regulated according to the friction and measurements of the product, preventing breakage and damage.
The system is controlled by an independent assisted PLC with the control panel of the packaging machine and is made entirely of 304 stainless steel.
